My 2014 GMC Sierra 5.3 4WD was stuck in 4WD with a “Service 4WD” message. Ralph came right out when I called so I would not have to drive too far on dry pavement in 4WD. He attached his scanner to my truck, found the fault code, cleared it and got the transfer case to shift back to 2WD. You can depend on him to use his experience and knowledge to do everything he can to solve your mechanical problem
