Thrilled with the service I get at Race Factory! Josh and JR are hands down the best in the business. Every time I bring my 540 in, they’re super helpful, honest, and communicative throughout the entire process. They’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m in the loop, answering every call, text, and random question I throw their way (I’m sure I bug them a lot haha). These guys do solid, quality work and really care about their customers. Couldn’t ask for a better team to trust with my cars. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommend! This shop has some of the most caring, professional, and qualified technicians I’ve ever met. I bring both my cars to them regularly and am always impressed with the communication, cleanliness, and commitment to quality this shop brings to the customer. Love this shop! Really transparent and detailed with their estimates. Inspections are on point. Fabrication work level is master-tier. There really isn’t anything that they can’t do. Personally my favorite shop in south bay. Josh is a great personable guy and so are the rest of the crew! Update: they told me that my power steering lines were leaking and it did indeed seem to be the case because of all the oil covering the lines but after wiping it down and topping off the fluid it hasn’t leaked since… so possible dishonesty for a cash-grab? Before taking the car to the shop all of my beauty cover bolts were 100% but after the job some were cracked and rusted so not sure what that’s about. It’s a shame because i really liked their work ethic and the people there seemed really nice.

I have nothing to say but good about race factory, I drive a Mercedes c63 and have already done three oil changes and yesterday got my transmission flush, differential fluid done. Always schedule me even same day if I message or call they will get me in same day for an oil change anytime. Great customer service and the waiting room is great with a nice couch to relax on while they work on your car.

I met Race Factory at a Turn 8 track day, and the line up of cars that they brought was IMPRESSIVE!!! All of the cars they brought left with no issues, so I knew if I ever needed my car worked on I can bring it to them. Well that day shortly came when my 2012 VW Golf TDI needed some maintenance done to it. I was getting an EGR faulty reading code, and they said they can do their best to clean out all of the soot. I left my car, and once I picked it up I had BETTER throttle response. 10/10 CHIC-FIL-A customer services!!!
