Showed up as a walk-in hoping for an inspection and oil change. There was a bit of a wait to fit me in between scheduled customers, but once in the bay, both services were done lightening fast! Good price, no surprises, cash and credit accepted. Small attached shop was surprisingly well outfitted with all manner of snacks and car care supplies & accessories. If your wait will be longer, there’s a Colombian place across the street that looked appealing to have a quick bite.

Poor customer service. Refuses to answer any simple questions like estimate price and duration and keeps repeatedly telling me to just go to his shop. I’m not driving an hour back and forth just for you to tell me the price of a service. What’s the purpose of your business having a phone line? And you guys don’t even have a website. I Called 3 other shops and they all were able to give me an estimate within 30seconds.

I was impressed with the service at R&S Auto Repair. I came here for the first time for the inspection and was not disappointed. Everything was done very fast and in a professional manner. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly, quick, and very accommodating. Shaikh did my NYS inspection after I replaced the battery. He ensured that I had driven enough on the new battery to pass before doing the inspection to avoid charging me for an unnecessary extra inspection.
