I dropped off my car 3/1/25. Got the car back 5/7/25. After $3000, you'd expect the car to at least idle better. Nope. Even my radio won't work now & was told "You'll have to come by when I have more time". After weeks of "we haven't had time to look at your car yet" and "I'm working on a Subaru first". The car still shakes & misses when idling (If it even stays started) & almost dies when I pull out. AMy unlce spoke with the guy & was told "it'll be awhile before I can look at it". NOT good business.

I have used r&r automotive for the past 6 years. Mark and his team are fantastic. They always explain what's wrong with my car and show me the parts that they take out they warranty everything and they maintain those records in your computer system so that I would have access to them in the future should that part fail. I don't go to anybody else except r&r automotive

More than happy with the service I received. Call and talk to Mark, he really makes it easy. My car jumped timing and they replaced timing belt, water pump and seals within 2 days, while other shops told me 2 weeks or wouldn’t even answer the phone or call back. Mark called back within an hour and even helped me with tow truck to have it towed to his shop. They even fixed my dome light and clock without asking or charging me. I highly recommend this shop! Can’t beat the prices and definitely can’t beat the customer service you get from Mark.

I won't go into the details of how I ended up at R&R Automotive about 5 hours into a 14 hour drive to Buffalo, NY, from Atlanta, GA - but I am very glad I did. Mark and his guys were great, very easy to work with, fixed my car up within an hour and had me on my way again. I am very grateful for their expertise, their service, their willingness to help me out, and their reasonable prices. They made a very stressful situation less stressful. Highly recommend! Also, wanted to give a shout out to Dalton - who towed me there. Without him, who knows where I would have ended up. Thanks again, guys.
