They knew if the light was on, it wouldn't pass, but they didn't tell me that. After it failed, one of the employees told me. Basically, they charged me $95 knowing it wouldn't pass and obligated me to come back to them. I did go back after I took it to a mechanic and resolved the issue. Then they said there was a stamp on the paperwork that said I needed to have the retest done within 30 days. The guy never told me that; he said it's not his problem I should have read the paperwork... Why would I read the paperwork if I'm not a mechanic to understand it? Then they wanted to charge me again. I was there a week ago but they were too busy, so I brought my vehicle today on 6/8/24. This place has terrible customer service and 100% of the time if a vehicle does not pass, they should highlight and say you have 30 days for a free retest... Never will I go there again or refer anyone to this ripoff place.."
