I found my new mechanic. Justin was extremely professional and kept me updated on everything. He was not pushy at all, but gave me all my options for my situation. They took into account my budget and were very understanding and did exceptional work. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I will be back for future service.

We had our Subaru worked on by the team at PW Auto Clinic. Everyone was so professional and thorough. They did a great job of educating us on what needed done and why, then getting the work done within the estimated time they gave us. We took in our 2 cars for winterizing, as we do every year. We also asked them to perform a couple of other maintenance items. All was done quickly. We met the new owner and employees, and all were very nice and explained things clearly. They didn't even charge us for the one car where all they did was ensure that it was ready for winter. They even followed up several days later to see how the cars were doing.

I loved this place when it was under different ownership, and it seems to be just as wonderful now under new ownership! Everyone is incredibly friendly and honest. I never feel overcharged or scammed. They are all wonderful and my car always comes back better than ever, and quick! Love this place. Highly recommend to anyone in need of car service, big or small!

I needed maintenance done on my Honda CRV 2022 Hybrid and did not want to go back to the dealer. I had received a postcard from PW Auto Clinic with discount coupons. They are close to my house, so I called to ask if they could provide the service. I was able to get an appointment the next day, they gave me a ride to and from home and kept me informed regarding the progress and total cost. I was able to get the work done within the time framI had asked for, and they answered all of my questions. Everyone was very nice.
