I really trust Brandon and the good work he does as well as his recommendations. He has been extremely helpful. He sends photos before you agreed to the work and he provides an opportunity to look at the old parts that need to be replaced. I would highly recommend Purrfect Auto.

Love value their coupons...Right now they are short staffed so had to drop off car for all fluid exchange and it was ready by 1:30pm. Smog Check system went down had to come back another day. But great great value on their coupons!!

I went in for an oil change. Their customer services is horrible, they try to scare you into getting all this work done for your car and if you say you can’t afford it then they will tell you to pull a loan through them to pay it. They also left my keys in the car after doing service on it and left it out in the public parking lot and they were still rude about it. I don’t recommend unless you want to have an uncomfortable conversation with the mechanic because you have to tell him “no” so many times about getting extra services done on the car and declining their loan. One star since they did do the oil change.

I went in for an oil change and a smog check for my BMW, 2 hours later they say that my oil is supposedly leaking (I had no low oil warning etc) I was just going in for a normal oil change and the check engine light nor the check oil light was on. They come back and say I need $2,140.00 worth of work to fix the oil that's leaking! I'm like what, there's been no leaking at all, it would be in my driveway. I'm like just do the oil change and I'll have the rest looked at. When they ring be up I realize they didn't even do the smog check I needed. They take another hour to do the smog check then FAIL me and say there's a hose leaking! Again no check engine light was on! So instead of offering to fix whatever was supposedly wrong, they failed it and then offered to fix the supposed hose problem. I'm so livid. Waste of my day and money! Eddie is terrible and kept forgetting what the customers were asking and definitely tried to scam me because I'm a woman!

Every other year! I come and have My vehicle for the Smog test requirement by DMV to this Purfect Location in Glendora. The reception you get is fantastic! He makes you feel at home and so welcome! Kudos for a Great Job!👌👍🏼
