I won't give you a star if I can give you zero points. This is an Indian shop suspected of extortion. I do smoke inspection here. The car that had no problem originally broke down after I left for 20 minutes. I will be charged for maintenance, and I will have to pay again for re-inspection. I suggest that you don't patronize this store again.

Scam Smoke Check. Don't come to this shop at all cost. I lost $40 for the smoke check that have never done. After putting my car in for half an hour, they one guy came out and talk to me about the fuel injection service to improve my car performance and save gas. I rejected the service, then few minutes later my smoke check result came out with fuel injection NOT PASS.They suggest that I should let them do the fuel injection and I refused. At that time I realized I got scam. I took my car to the Alto Smog Tune to get my car smoke check. It PASSED. Please avoid this scammer. I wish I read the review before coming there :((.

This was my first visit to Purrfect Auto. Came because this place because my dad recommended them and they had a better deal on a full synthetic oil change than my dealership or jiffy lube. Hameed was very kind, responsive and informative. He also noticed that my brake fluid was as black as night. He gave me a deal that was a no brainer to do all 3 (oil, rotation, brake fluid) so I said let's do it. We took care of the oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush in about 50 minutes. The entire time he updated me on the process. I'll definitely be coming back to this place for my auto repair needs. Car model: 2018 Honda Clarity PHEV

Took my car in for a smog check. The check engine light was not on when I took it in. After they failed my car's smog check and showed me the check engine light is on with faults. I said the light was not on when I took it in but the front desk person said I don't know what that light even looked like ‐ HOW INSULTING. He then proceeded on berating my car for the next 10 min and still charged me full amount. Don't go there for any business!!

I found the mechanics to be knowledgeable and transparent. Car trouble is a huge pain, but I would suggest Purrfect Auto Service West Covina for anyone who needs help with their car. The location was also clean and has easy parking.
