Wonderful experience with top-notch service. We purchased 2 vehicles at once, and it was easy breezy! They did all of the leg work, and the transactions were seamless! Highly recommend Mike Hampton as a salesman! He will take good care of you and your needs/interests. The team stayed 2 hours past their closing time to finalize our sales. Taking their time, not rushing the process or us. Cannot say anything bad at this time. Plus, they offer lifetime power train warranty on all of their vehicles, exclusions apply depending upon mileage Also, offer extended bumper to bumper for pennies a day, along with road side and rental if needed! Their customer satisfaction is what "drove" (ha-ha) us to shop there!

Me and my husband went in to try to buy a vehicle. I had spoke to Jenny before we had went and she had got us pre-approved for a vehicle she knew what our budget was and what we could pay a month and we was told that they had a equinox that would be in our budget so we drove down from West Liberty when we got there somehow it was going to be close to $600 a month for the car payment so instead of getting that one we go and try 2017 Equinox and even for that one they was wanting $511 a month. We give them an offer on the 2020 Equinox and Jenny looked at us like we was crazy and wasn't very friendly so we walked out and went somewhere else and got a nicer newer vehicle for $100 less on the month. Jenny called me last Monday and told me they had vehicles in our budget (but thats what she told us the first time we tried to deal with them!!) but I told her no that I bought from some where else that actually worked with us and hung the phone up.
