Promax America is a paint supply company most of their products are imported from Germany I am a local auto body mechanical shop I do use most of their equipment commercially their staff is really friendly you just have to find the right salesman and stick with him with personal experience I've had some of their guys mess up my orders but I always ask for the same guy that I work with and we build a relationship. Out of 10 times ordering paint four times I usually get paint that is a shade or two off, but they are always quick to correct their mistake and send over the correct mix paint immediately. Their delivery guy is super cool laid-back easy to talk with he's also pretty quick in and out he doesn't waste a lot of your time which is greatly appreciated when busy. I would definitely recommend this company to any other local Body Shop all of their equipment as well as products are fairly priced and they stay competitive with their pricing

Received a damaged product and after 3 weeks of emails back and forth and phone calls that my new product is on the way .it never showed. Talked too nick the manager and his customer service skills are rated a zero.poor service .

I received a damaged spray gun, end of April 2019. I shipped it back with shipping label provided to me from Promax. It is now June and the package still hadn't been received by Promax. Very disappointed with the fact that they don't seem to care about my return. Keep getting emails saying "we will contact you when we Recieve the package". At what point does Promax contact UPS? Being that they are the shipper of the package, And return my money?
