TRUCK STILL NOT FIXED!!! WORST experience ever! was involved in a car accident and sent my truck there for repairs under an insurance claim. After they completed the job I called ahead of time to confirm the insurance company paid them in full for the repairs and I "the customer" did not have anything outstanding owed to the body shop before going to pick up my truck. Their associates not once but twice confirmed that I "the customer" DID NOT owe them " Progressive Chevrolet Body Collision Center" anything, zero balance. Waited two days to go get my truck to make sure everything was taken care of by the insurance company after I was told and confirmed the first time I "the customer" did not owe anything. When I went to pick up my truck after waiting two days after it was confirmed I " the customer" did not owe anything... I asked Stacy one of their associates again if I "the customer" owed them anything. Stacy, their associate confirmed again that I " the customer" DID NOT owe them "Progressive Chevrolet Body Collison Center" NOTHING!... $0.00 us dollars! 3 days later I " the customer" gets a call from associate Stacy from Progressive Chevrolet Body Collison Center saying I " the customer" owe a remaining balance for the repairs for my truck in the amount of $1321.35 us dollars and that they did not receive full payment from the insurance company. During, me trying to explain my explanation, and confusion of it all as the customer, Stacy, and her Manager tried to cover up their mistake and errors by reciting their employee policies and Ohio insurance laws(like what!). by saying "I've only worked over here in this department for two years not sure how to do my job correctly", " you should how this works being a customer", "you should know about Ohio insurance" "Oh it sounds like you're not going to pay us" NOT only was I threatened and intimated with collections and small claims and coercion. Was treated with biased opinions about my character and a lack of knowledge about Ohio insurance laws and their employee policies.... to top it off... MY TRUCK STILL ISN'T FIXED! Highly DO NOT recommend!!!! LMFAO!! SCAM-NATION
