I called this morning asking about getting a diagnostic on my car. I don’t have mechanic skills therefore when I called and asked for one, giving details on why I need one so I won’t be without a car during the winter season, I was told by the man who answered the phone, “I think I’ll pass”. He could have at least told me to stop by and I’ll take a look at your car. This man/shop was not helpful at all to this woman. Seen all the other reviews… Was this you Gary?
