Pro Fleet Repair - Truck & Trailer Repair Las Vegas

I was looking for a place that I could get a PM and alignment done at all in the same place, I called a bunch of places around Vegas and it was either they could do a PM but no alignment or vice versa. But than I called Pro Fleet Repair and they said Yes we can do both! I was only home for the day and it was important I have both services done by the time they closed, Vlad said “we can get them done for you, bring it by”. They had them both done by 430pm. When I went to pick up my truck Vlad told me “you got some things wrong with your truck but I won’t just tell you I’ll show you, let’s go look.” So I’ve had plenty of alignments since I’ve had this truck and no one has ever told me what Pro Fleet Repair showed me that was causing my bad alignment, they showed me the few things wrong with my truck and I really appreciated that,they told me the last place that did my PM did not grease or lube anything so they made sure I was super greased and lubed before I left, they also do your alignment on an alignment rack and not on the floor. They were quick and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for the awesome service.

From the first time I went to this place the people were very nice. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. Vlad helped me and understood my situation. We are local company here in Vegas. The first time they replaced a tire and gave me a discount as much as they could. Second I went in for many faults and transmission warnings. They were able to reset it and Travis was very helpful and did not take advantage at all. The third time I dealt with Chris and he was amazing. Gave his personal phone number called me personally and kept me informed throughout the process. He also gave me information that I can fix things myself to save money when he clearly could have charged more for little things. Even though it took a little longer they were being very thorough. I will never go anywhere else in Vegas unless it's something they cannot do. I appreciate the honesty and the way they work with you financially. They will give you the best price they possibly can and sometimes even cut on labor. I really believe they understand the industry. Thank you again to the entire staff!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t ever go there!!! We lost transmission fluid and paid 1200$ to get it fixed. After the repair, we were still losing oil, because they filled in three times as much oil as normal (take a look at the pictures, taken AFTER the repair). BASIC KNOWLEDGE!! They put in too much oil, as a mechanic. And now the best part: We talked to them about the problem, but no one is interested in finding a solution. They don’t answer when we call, postpone calls, don’t send us the emails we requested. They don’t care about the mess they have created. Just rip off, if they have the money, they don’t care about the costumers. They left us alone with a bad job, a loss of 1200$, Stress and problems!! Choose another mechanic, be smarter than us.

While in Las Vegas, my truck needed an alignment and a flat tire. I went to a shop and they said they will do it only with an appointment and the next appointment would have been in 2 days. I looked up the internet and I found this company. From the moment I called till the moment I left their shop, everything was very professional and friendly. When I got there, Vlad greeted me and listen to all my needs very carefully and than they put the truck in the shop. Their alignment system is the most professional one. At the end they showed me on paper exactly how the alignment was before and after. Than they took care of the flat. I am back on the road now and my truck drives very good. If you ever need a repair on your truck, Pro Fleet Repair is the place to go! It is hard to find a good repair shop while driving all over Amarrica. But now I know that every time I’ll be in Las Vegas I found the perfect place to fix my truck. Thank you to Vlad and to his team for their help. Daniel

Stay away from this place. Expensive!!! No Professional Team!! After driving 200 miles after alignment my truck had loose bolts and nuts they didn't refund me I had a lot of problems I was late with the shipment spent $1500 for towing which took the truck to the nearest mechanics who did my wheel alignment again and tightened the nuts and bolts securely.

I have the rare privilege to work as a Semi Driver for Blue Fire Training LLC. On a recent trip to an annual ARFF training session in Harry Reid International Airport, my Semi Tractor needed some critical work done on it along with the annual DOT inspection certification. Pro Fleet Repair-Truck & Trailer Repair was recommended to the Owners and they directed me to head there and give them the details of what needed taking care of in the few days we would be in town. Vlad greeted me in the office and took very diligent care to put all the pertinent information for each item on the work order. He asked me questions that allowed him to convey the exact nature of my requests and concerns to his technical crew. He was not in a hurry to shuffle me through and be in his way. No, the exact opposite is true. Vlad made sure we were on the same page for each item on the work order before moving on to the next one. Asking me questions to clarify or better understand what I was describing. I am not a mechanic, never have been, never will be. I'm a safety conscious driver. I inspect my vehicle very thoroughly every day to make sure that it is able to safely transport my cargo. I don't have the technical jargon or terminology for any of the things I described to Vlad. He patiently and professionally sorted me out and within no time built a concise list of primary and secondary concerns. Within the extremely limited time frame they were given; A.J., Chris, Marion and Ray did a spectacular job of bringing my Rig to exactly the performance and safety level it needed to be. They went above and beyond to make sure that Blue Fire Training received the Superior Quality of craftsmanship and service we were promised. There is never enough time to accomplish everything, Murphy's law sees to that. Yet, this team communicated with us throughout the process making sure they were addressing and resolving the issues we were most concerned with while knocking most of the secondary concerns off the list as they rapidly approached our time sensitive deadline. I am just a driver who believes his rig is an extension of himself and it's condition is a direct reflection of his Character. Thanks to the diligent, intelligent, skilled efforts of: Vlad (Office Liason) A.J. Chris & Marion (ExpertTechnicians) Ray (Everybody's Father and Fleet Manager) My rig is back on the road Safely transporting it's Cargo from one destination to the next. I do not pay the bills, I am not a business owner or anything, I'm just a small part of a much bigger picture.
