Bad place to get work done on truck. I was sent here for a oil change on my truck. When I pulled up he said I had a bad wheel bearing I also told him my lift gate needs fixing and i makes this horrible sound when it’s lifting up. He told me he could do a dot inspection and give what’s all wrong with it. I told him let me confirm back with the company. I was told just a oil change that she has her own mechanic. I went back inside the lot and said no dot inspection all they want done is a oil change he agreed and says ok oil change Come back next morning bill was 1.1k and asked why was bill so high he said he fixed the lift gate also and I asked why when I clearly said she all she wanted was a oil change. So I guess the guy (Brandon) doesn’t understand English when I said all she wants is a oil change. So if I said just a oil change clearly nothing else needs to be done. But I guess he didn’t understand smh. Then a guy comes and backing him when he clearly wasn’t even there!! He gets mad and starts cussing and told me to get out shop mind you I was heated but didn’t lose my temper I told him I went back and told him just a oil change maybe he didn’t understand what I meant. And I also said idk how when I said nothing else but a oil change he fixes the lift gate but excluded the wheel bearing and I didn’t even say anything but just a oil change nothing else so why would you go ahead and fix gate and not wheel bearing. I think this place is a scam to get money off of you clearly they were siding with there mechanic didn’t wanna believe if he misunderstood or was lying or they was all in it together But if you have to go to these ppl please make sure you record everything while talking to these ppl cuz if you don’t they will hit you with a surprise bill but I recommend to stay far away from this place!!!!

I took my Dynamax RV to get a lube and road check out prior to a trip to ID. The team was friendly and informative. The work was done on time and a very reasonable cost. Will be going to see procal again this season.

Excellent resource for RV chassis work. Engines and running gear, etc. They do NOT work on appliances/sliders etc.
