Preston Ford Service

My first time here at Preston Superstore for service. Can't say enough about the service advisor Bradon and the service I received. This dealership goes the extra mile I feel to see that the customer is satisfied. I'm a car guy so I'm picky about my vehicles so when I'm happy, there good! I really appreciate the good job you guys did and the kind of staff you have. I'm very happy!

I went for an internal detail, oil change, and tire change. They fixed a problem with my tires for me, they were pleasant, and let me bunker down as I waited for everything to be done. The interior detailing doesn’t include surfaces above the dashboard so there are some splatters I have to clean myself when I got home. It was my own mistake I guess, for not clarifying before I got it done. They did get all of the dog hair out of my car, so that alone is a miracle. I’ll still go back, because the people are nice, the waiting area is comfortable (with snacks), and they are transparent before they do work.

I’m not happy with my most recent visit. I was called Monday morning and told that I needed a brake job. That the pads were worn to the point they were metal on metal on the rotors. Then I was told a brake job would be $700! It’s a brake job, not a rocket repair. So, I did it myself on Thursday. The pad with the least life on it, was far from being bare metal. The service report conflicted with the call I received. It noted that the pads all had life in them, but that the front pads were nearing end of life. I called on that afternoon to get clarification. I was told my service advisor would call back. That never happened. To add insult, when my tires were rotted several spots near lug nuts were dented and dinged. The oil change and tire rotation cost $80 and I received deceitful information and damaged wheels. Not what I would expect from a Ford dealership. I’ve heard about the poor service center at Preston KIA in Burton. It seems like it is beginning to appear at Ford too. I guess I’ll have to think twice about future service and purchase locations. It’s a shame to have to feel that way.

This was my first time using Preston for maintenance on my ford and I will continue to use them. Communication was great. They were all so friendly and making sure my needs for the appointment were met. Customer service was top notch. A nice added bonus was a video they sent of them checking the tires, air filter, and the battery. In my opinion Preston Ford is one of the best service centers I have ever dealt with

Took our Ford truck in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Angel provided good customer care: greeted me at the car when I pulled into the service entrance (I didn't have to go to a service desk), showed me to the waiting area, told me what to expect, and then returned to tell me when the service was completed. Nice waiting area: spacious, clean, ample refreshments. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Was nice to have the complimentary car wash.
