Preston Chevrolet Service

I recently visited Preston Chevrolet for car servicing, and my experience was a mix of exceptional service and disappointing workmanship. Service Advisor Ricardo Thomas was outstanding - professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and extremely helpful. His exceptional customer service skills made a significant positive impact on my experience. Unfortunately, the actual service on my car fell short of expectations. Despite Ricardo's thorough explanation of the work to be done, several critical tasks were overlooked: - Tyre pressure was not checked or adjusted. - The oil change counter was not reset. - The new sticker with the next oil change details was not replaced from the old one. - The checklist was not completed, including the multiple-point inspection. These oversights raise serious concerns about the quality of work done. I'm left wondering if the oil change was even performed or if I was simply charged for the service. The only reason I'm giving Preston Chevrolet 2 stars is because of Ricardo's exceptional service. He's a true asset to the team. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve the quality of work and attention to detail in their service department.

Excellent service everyone is super friendly and outgoing we own a family business in transportation and we have partnered with Preston to take care of our fleet and it's the perfect extension from 1 family owned to another and absolute great fit

Very polite and let you know what they are doing and how long it will take. They wash your car after the service it. They come and let you know when your car is out front so you can go.very satisfied.

Always a 5 star experience at Preston. I always receive quick service and everyone is so helpful. This most recent visit, I was helped by Marv and Ricardo. Very thankful for their help as I get very stressed about car issues, but they kept me grounded. The team goes above and beyond. They even vacuumed and gave the car a wash.
