Eric and Frank are great! They are truly amazing and kept me informed throughout the repair. I had only had the car one week and it was damaged while it was parked. I was more than a little upset. Eric and Frank were caring and professional. A loaner was given until my car was repaired. They went above and beyond to make an unfortunate situation a pleasant experience. A lady backed into my car in the parking lot at my job, Causing damage on the front bumper on the passenger side. I took my car to Preston Collision Center... I have never got any work done on my car by them before. They had my car about a week and a half...The estimate time was 2 weeks. When I went to pick my car up... I was very impressed of the work they did on my car!!! They did a well done job!!!
