Eric and Frank are great! They are truly amazing and kept me informed throughout the repair. I had only had the car one week and it was damaged while it was parked. I was more than a little upset. Eric and Frank were caring and professional. A loaner was given until my car was repaired. They went above and beyond to make an unfortunate situation a pleasant experience. My car looks better than new! Eric and Frank were truly the some of the nicest people serving the nicest customers!

Eric is the most knowledgeable and pleasant person I have had to deal with. I am dealing with with an accident and insurance companies. He made this terrible event pleasant and pleasure to work with. I will be buying my cars and service from Preston a moving forward.

A lady backed into my car in the parking lot at my job, Causing damage on the front bumper on the passenger side. I took my car to Preston Collision Center... I have never got any work done on my car by them before. They had my car about a week and a half...The estimate time was 2 weeks. When I went to pick my car up... I was very impressed of the work they did on my car!!! They did a well done job!!!
