Precision Auto Collision 3

My vehicle lease was up in 60 days and had lots of damage to the front of my car and passenger side fenders. Someone had backed up and smashed my car in pretty bad while I was sleeping. I went to Precision Auto Collision 3 and met with German and Glennys. They made me feel comfortable leaving my car there and told me my car will look brand new when they finish. They kept good communication throughout the process and when my car was ready, it looked like i just left the dealership. I had my car inspected and they gave me a perfect inspection report. Now i can return my lease and not pay any fees! I will definitely recommend, these guys rock!

I needed to repair my front bumper, fenders, and side mirror. I was referred by a co worker to go to Precision and I could have never made a better decision. They took care of my car and made it look like new. The communication was excellent, German spoke to me like a friend and they even washed my car for me at the end. They provided exceptional service and most importantly the price was very very fair! I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs body work done. I appreciate these guys so much. * 3 P’s and 5 Stars for Precision Auto Collision 3 * *P for Precision: True to their name this shop executed my repairs with pinpoint Precision! My car looks like it just came out of the showroom. *P for Polite: David and his team are professionals. They set the bar high for customer service in car shops! *P for Performance: After having a horrible experience with a prior repair shop, my expectations were low. However, after this customer-centric experience, my opinion is that not all NYC car shops are created equal.These guys are second to none! I vouch for David and his shop and highly recommend them.

I got into my first car accident ever. I was referred here by a friend of a friend. They did an amazing job on my car. My car came back to me looking like it was right off the lot again. They kept me updated with everything. The communication, service was excellent. German makes you feel comfortable and speaks to you as a friend. To top it all off the service was fast once he has your car. I highly recommend this spot to everyone. He even became my personal mechanic. I truly appreciate these guys !!!!!

My boyfriend and I got into a car accident and my dealer had referred me to Precision, and I am so happy that I listened. German was honestly the best of the best. He was with us throughout the whole process - from dealing with the other parties insurance and into getting me a rental while they fix my car. He helped us out with everything we needed, and we couldn't be more thankful. My car feels and looks brand new. They will definitely be my go-to shop from now on, and I would 100% recommend.
