I was pleasantly surprised they have a full showroom and the person at the desk was more than willing to help me with everything I wanted to know. He answered all the questions I had and got me set up with the right parts and the right quality for definitely the right price. Don't hesitate if you're looking for anything give these guys a call, they are legit.

Ordered a cross member motor mount kit for a small block Chevy when arrived the motor motor mounts would not fit the cross member contacted Fred and after a few pictures and emails they finally agreed that they sent me the ford cross member and would have the right one shipped . Well it arrived in the mail today and they sent me the exact same one. Tried calling with no answer and email with no answer. Been almost a month dealing with this company and still do not have the part I paid for and ordered ! I was looking at other parts from performance online for my build but do believe that I will Have to go with another company. And after seeing other review I wish I would have not even given them a chance to earn my business …….. to add on have been now sent 3 cross member mounts and all three are wrong and was notified today that yes they know they are wrong and have no idea when they will be able to send me the right part. Been trying to get ahold of manager to see about getting a refund called twice and have yet to get a call back.

STAY AWAY FROM POL! This is piggybacking off a review that I posted 3 weeks ago. After all the calls, emails, bad reviews, and reporting this business the the Better Business Bureau…. I still did not receive a response. To be entirely fair, one day unannounced, a new master cylinder lid showed up to my house. I was forced to go to a local speed shop and buy a stainless steel line kit for $80 because POL refused to respond after the kit came with some gold crap with shit fittings that would not rotate. Out of control. And since my crap review, I see many others post identical issues with these ppl. STAY AWAY FROM POL

Ordered a brake conversion kit with master cylinder with overnight delivery. The parts were on back order, but no one notified me, so I waited 3 days and finally called back. I asked for an ETA, and they said they'd call me back. No one did. I had to call back again, and they said there were no notes, and no one planned to call me back. They said their system does not notify of back orders, so a client can order a part and think it's processed and only find out days later. Customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional and did not care one bit about what happened. Based on other reviews, this is a consistent practice for them.

You are selling items drop ship that you don't even have. I called the supplier directly and they revealed you were on credit hold with the radiator company and no order was placed by your company or any record of ship to my company, yet you kept saying order "processed' and you will send tracking when you have it. You are completing the financial float of the transaction hoping to pay of your debts. Unethical. Your Google ratings speak for themselves. Never again. I have the recorded calls.
