I can not say enough nice things about Patrick (Pat) and his team. These are local SCV guys and I would not trust anyone else working on my kids, my wife, or my car. I appreciate the honesty and never feeling like I am being upsold on things, they give solid estimates and time frames, then they actually follow through and get it done with high quality. If they make a recommendation, they follow it up with pictures and examples, then take pictures after to show the work was actually completed. It is clear they understand customer needs and in 3 years and almost a dozen interactions on multiple cars, I can confidently recommend their work.

I am so thankful that I found Platinum Auto, Pat, and his team. They are geniunely friendly (not in the fake auto-care world sense), and truly so helpful. Anytime I call them, they pickup the phone and help walk me through the situation and get me on the schedule. Their pricing is very reasonable, and just the customer service alone is really so valuable. I don't have any stress when I bring my car here, and I can't say that ANYWHERE else. Anytime I have an issue with my car, they investigate the problem and pair it with the best solution, they don't stress me out unneccesaily. I highly recommend this place!

I came in for the free diagnostic and was quoted over $800 to have my alternator replaced. The price was outrageous, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Was shown by the proprietor of the other place that my alternator was actually in great condition, and even if it had needed replacement, it would cost less than half of what was quoted to me. I do not appreciate dishonesty or having my time wasted. 1/10.
