DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. These people did a horrible job and do not want to take accountability. They were supposed to fix a ball joint and did not assemble the part right correctly. Please take your money and time somewhere else. You can not trust them. Paid him 150 and still couldnt do the job right the first time. His response; proves my point buddy switch up his story like 3 times. I recommend Pepboys at least they are trained and qualified people. Probably have a GED or diploma.

In 2024 it’s hard to meet good, honest and professional service. Pit Stop St. Charles has good service and great prices. My appointment was scheduled for the next day. I arrived 40 minutes early. My car was serviced as soon as I arrived. I was educated on so many things in short amount of time.

One of the best shops since I lived in Chicago. Good prices. Always tells you what's actually wrong unlike big companies who charge thousands of dollars for a $300 job This is the spot. Highly recommend it

I had a last minute malfunction with my car. Cisco was great and quick at helping me to get it fixed. I got my car fixed same day and I was able to be back on the road worry free. He was fast, professional and efficient on the job I that I needed done.
