I needed new tires, i found this place in a paper for a coupon of new tires. My husband and I figured we would try them and I’m so glad we did. They didn’t just put on new tires they looked into everything to find stuff wrong that no one else did. I was driving around with check engine light on for over a year that my previous mechanic had no idea why it was on and he told me to just ignore it. Pinky’s picked up that battery was bad and wasn’t even the correct one, I’m not sure if that’s why check engine light would be on but the check engine light if now off!! The other mechanic also ignored a blinker not working which i told them to fix it and never did. This place fixed it without me asking. They are now my new mechanic.

What an absolute pleasure it was getting my vehicle serviced at Pinky’s Auto Service Center. Behind the front desk, Stephanie and her reception team are extremely caring and helpful. All it took was one phone call with Mark (the owner) to realize Pinky’s will now be my go-to place when my car needs to be serviced. Mark is without a doubt the most trustworthy, fair, and caring mechanic I have ever met. I gave him an idea of how much $$$ I was comfortable with spending and he ABSOLUTELY made it work. I was also SHOCKED with happiness when he truthfully called to inform me that my vehicle DID NOT need an axil alignment! Finally, a mechanic that won’t sabotage my car, or scam me! I will be sending my girlfriend, and coming back myself in the near future! Thank you Pinky’s!!!!!!!

I’ve been going to Pinky’s Auto Service for a while now, and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff are incredibly friendly, honest, and reliable. They took the time to thoroughly explain my car’s issues and offered practical solutions. I’ve built a great relationship with them, especially Mark, who has been extremely helpful. They even managed to get the parts I needed on the same day, which was a huge relief. I’m especially grateful that they accommodated me for a state inspection on the last day without an appointment! Great service when I needed it most!

It saddens me to have to write this review... I went in to Pinky's get my 2003 Buick Century inspected this September. I had no appointment so I was grateful they would take me in on short notice, even if that meant leaving my car there all day until they closed. I received no call at all on the status of my car, so walked back about 45 minutes before they closed and the owner, Mark, sat down with me to explain his Laundry List of repairs that my car "needed fixing to pass inspection." He seemed really genuine and explained to me what he saw very well (I am a 23 year old female with almost no car knowledge). His estimate came out to be almost $1800 on a car that I do not plan on keeping more than 2-3 more years. Yes, I understand that cars need maintenance and even used cars cost money. He made sure I understood this point..... Stressed over the fact that I could not afford these repairs, I mentioned that I will have my dad look over the list before making any decisions. He said he would prepare another copy and highlight the "Must Do for inspection" repairs. He had me pay the $37 for the inspection... AND HE SCRAPED OFF MY OLD INSPECTION STICKER (so essentially, if I didn't get this done in the next 2 days I am risking a big ticket) The next day my dad told me to go to another place for second opinions (Mavis in Rocky Point) and they passed my car for inspection in 2 hours..... They did mention some of the same repairs Mark saw, but my vehicle was clearly in good enough condition that it was able to pass inspection as it is.... Don't let this guy fool you. He seemed super genuine and kind, but just wants to suck money out of you. This "female friendly" shop is taking advantage of people that don't know what to look for. I will not be going back here.
