I have been in the Hemet and San Jacinto area for over 30 years and I finally found a mechanic shop that I can truly say is good, and fair. The first time I went in was for electrical exterior lights on my Hummer H2. They did a great job replacing the lights! This 2nd time they replaced both front axels and boots on my H2. Both times they outperformed themselves in service and did a great job and at reasonable prices with a 10% discount for being a disabled Veteran. Finally someone to be able to rely on! Thanks guys!

Absolutely bad service , DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED ! They claim to have ran a diagnostic witch in fact they did not they didn’t even bother to take the bumper off and actually inspect the headlight like they said they would instead they lied and said it was an electrical issue . I took it to another shop who actually takes pride in their work and paying customers and they diagnosed it for free and fixed the issue . PINKS AUTOMOTIVE TRIED TO SCAME ME AND SAY I HAD OTHER ELECTRICAL ISSUES WHEN INFACT ALL THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE HEADLIGHT WAS FROM A 2013 instead of a 2015

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place lacks communication, lacks professionalism, lacks efficiency, lacks responsibility!! Highly recommended to do it yourself instead of going here. Juan says he’ll call right back and does not. Juan also lags on efficiency and does not do things in a timely manner with no response or remorse for keeping a vehicle in his possession for over a mont!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO PINK’S OR JUAN!!
