This is my 3rd Highlander from Peruzzi and this dealership and service department have never disappointed me. Today, I had my Highlander inspected and that went quickly and efficiently. Ben Gelfin was my service representative and went above and beyond. I had several questions that required Ben's assistance. He was kind and patient and explained everything I asked about. Another great experience was had. 5 STARS!!!

I had a great experience in and out in a timely fashion although I didn’t need much done. The only thing negative I could say was when I got there the man that signed me in asked me what was wrong. I told him on my dashboard. It said engine malfunction take to dealer he went in my car. Luckily I was there. He hit the erase button and then asked me to show him what I meant obviously I couldn’t since he erased it. I didn’t understand why luckily Marc was there and it was something called a flush valve. That is typically replaced. Just glad I was there to set the record straight. I have better things to do than sit in a repair shop all day. Didn’t know why that guy tried to prove me wrong. Just goes to show you. You can’t trust anybody, but I did have a wonderful experience after that.

First timer at Peruzzi and was the best buying experience we have ever had! And, we have purchased a boat load of vehicles!! Our Salesman, Sage, was fantastic. Very patient with us driving a couple vehicles, meeting our payment amount requested and the value of our trade. The manager, Carl, also worked with us on our trade. Great conversations about car buying and everything in between! Would highly recommend this dealership when you are shopping for a new car!!!!
