Personal touch auto body. They are very nice people understanding great management great workers. I had a Nissan rogue 2021 very beautiful job look like it never been hit they really take care of you and they take care of my sister SUV same thing they did a Great job honestly, if I have any problem of my car in the future, I will go back because I trust The people in that company and respectfully, whoever see this post if you need a good bodywork of your vehicles I suggest you go to personal touch auto body in the Bronx

“Personal Touch,” sums it up!!! Never before have we been to an auto body shop where they treat you like family! The management and staff are attentive, caring, thorough and experts in their field. Despite the fact that we don’t live close by, this is the ONLY place we’ll ever take our vehicles. Grateful for having discovered Personal Touch Auto Body!

Rushed body work and paint job, Bad customer service and horrible management. Please read ALL comments and reviews prior to bringing your car to this shop for repair. I paid over $18,000 for a 1981 Camaro restoration which was originally quoted at 9k. My car was returned with puddles of water inside, damaged glass and the side view mirror was missing. To this day the shop refuses to honor appointments, finish the job, or accept telephone calls. Business practices were utterly UNPROFESSIONAL. Shop owner Mike not only refused to work with the customer to fix his unsatisfactory work, when I expressed I was dissatisfied with the customer service he explained to me that was my fault and that his shop does not “jump for cars”. Please learn from the mistakes of others and do not do business with Personal Touch Autobody.

Unprofessional, Sloppy Work I would never recommend anyone to them. They are not trustworthy they ripe you off. look at other alternative before you allow these unqualified people to work on your car. They over charge you and are liars. They with give you after-market parts on your car beware of they conniving ways. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!! Who repair a light and get paid to have water gets in it when it rain. Unprofessional.

I’ve had my car repaired here three times over the course of three years. All my experiences were nothing but positive. My first two repairs were for minor damage to my rear bumper and fender. My third repair was a big one. I was the victim of a hit and run. There was about 9k worth of damage and an estimated 12-13 days of work. All of my repairs were done on time. Mike and Allison took care of my deductible every single time!! The customer service has always been and continues to be outstanding. The paint job done on my car is amazing. They cleaned and polished my car, down to my rims. It looks like I just bought my car from the dealership. I highly recommend bringing your car to personal touch. Thank you so much Mike, Allison, and the entire personal touch team.

After getting into an accident on the highway I was terrified of how difficult and stressful the process would be to get everything sorted out either the insurance and repairs, etc. Luckily I went to Personal Touch auto body and they made the entire process so much easier and handled it like pros. Laurie was on top of the insurance claim from beginning to end and they helped make every bit of the process seamless. They had enterprise bring my rental car to their shop and had them pick up there again so I didn’t have to stress about that part either. And my car looks great! They did such a good job with all the repairs and made sure to give it a good shine at the end. I felt like I drove away in a brand new car. I will always go back to them!
