I went to Performance Glass and Tint with high expectations after hearing great things from the online community. My expectations were met and exceeded by Victor and the Performance Glass and Tint team. The tint turned out very well. I did have to come back to have the rear tinted again but no fault of their own, just dirt that was trapped after a few weeks. Victor was very courteous, responded in a timely manner, and was able to have the rear tinted again within hours. Additionally, The 2017 Miata didn't come with a back up camera (didn't come with one until 2019 model year). I had Victor and the team install the rear view camera to the factory head unit. This was a great install and looks near OEM. I had opportunities to go else where for my tint (including one right down the street from where I live) but chose Performance Glass and Tint. They will have repeat business from me and any of my friends and colleagues. Thanks guys!

My windshield got hit by a rock on the highway and cracked. I contacted Performance Window and Tint and talked with Emily. She was excellent, she set me up on a conference call with my insurer and in a matter of 10 minutes got a claim going and they sent me an app to take pictures to get the claim approved. We scheduled a replacement appointment. Chris showed up at my house with a helper an in about a half hour had the replacement. They were efficient and professional. It couldn't have been easier. I would recommend Performance Window and Tint to everyone.

Performance Glass is fantastic for windshield replacement. I originally had an appointment with Safelight scheduled through Progressive. They no showed on me. After reading all of Safelight’s negative reviews and their lack of concern about the no show, I decided to go to with Performance Glass. Their office employee handled the claim process with Progressive, checked on part availability, and set up the appointment for replacement. They gave me a one-hour window too, not the four-hour window others give. The morning of the appointment I received a call from Chris letting me know he was about 15 minutes away. He and his assistant quickly got to work replacing the windshield. I talked with Chris about water intrusion in my other vehicle and he looked and quickly determined that the glass was not the problem. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. He had the broken windshield removed and the new one installed and all the trim put back in place in under an hour. Nothing was broken, scratched, or damaged in any way. The new glass was immaculate and every surface that they touched was cleaned. Shortly after, their office called again to arrange an appointment to recalibrate the safety systems on the vehicle. The following morning the calibration tech arrived at the expected time and completed the calibrations. This was an A+ experience, especially nowadays when customer service is lacking. I highly recommend Performance Glass for windshield replacement services.

Performance Glass and Tint are great! I had to have my windshield replaced. The entire process was flawless and easy. Emily walked me through the claims process , including what to expect from the insurance company. She made sure I understood what was going to happen and when. She was in constant contact with me, providing updates along the way. Installation was a breeze, on-time and quick. Chris and Keith, the installers, were friendly, timely, informative and funny! Great company!
