Don't call this place if you are looking for an affordable price. I used them to tow my broken pickup from Rialto to San Bernardino not even a 5 mile tow ,I had to wait for the driver for 1 1/2 hours to show up my bill total came to $150 , and the driver was expecting a tip after he rolled my truck down the ramp and shifted it into park without applying the brakes!! Also don't expect them to drop your car in your driveway, they won't do it.

Don’t even bother calling them when you need your car towed. They take forever to get back to you. The receptionist had me waiting long and they never showed up. Thankfully palacios towing rescued me. My car stopped at the intersection and they were no help just had me wasting my time. if I could give them 0 stars I would. Their company is so popular but they are so trash and make you waste time instead of helping.

they wanted to charge $400 just to tow my car 5 to 10 minutes away from the accident location. Absolute ridiculous price to charge. Don't do it.

It's 530 in the morning and iam parked in a empty parking lot not within the parking lines. One of your tow trucks pulls up next to me and asked me what am I parked the way I did. I was confused. I thought he wanted to fight. So I moved 5 spaces over than he took off like a bat out of hell. I followed him one block away and he just parked there.
