Im really upset at how unprofessional and uncaring this location was to my elderly mother who can't walk and gas limited vision. I came to get my rental car serviced and need to walk towards the Walmart area which would have been too far of a walk for my mom. I walked her in the sitting area talked with her for a minute than proceeded to handle something while the car was getting an oil change. When I came back she was gone. I walked up and down the plaza looking for my elderly mom. When I seen her she told me the kicked her out the store and said she could not sit in the lobby. WHAT... WHAT type of madness is this? I was gone for about 50 minutes because my car service time was estimated at 1 hour and I never got a text saying it was ready so I know I was back before the appropriate time but to kick an elderly women out under and hour is absolutly gross. Why would anyone come to Pepboys just to sit in the lobby. Based on this unethical treatment I would never come here for any type of service. It's cold and windy outside and she was freezing. Im really upset they could not wait an hour before assuming that an older respectable women wanted to sit in the store for no reason.

Does God stay in heaven because he is afraid of what he's created? After my experience at the Columbus blvd Pep Boys I have found the answer to be YES!!!!! If I can convince at least one person online to NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, I can die happy. I went for four new tires, an oil change, and a state inspection. Eight hours later I left and realized my stickers were never changed. I was told to come back again the next day, that they didn't actually do the inspection. I come in and am told I actually failed the inspection. Four hours later they need my insurance card which I've given in person twice and they still have in their email. Then I find out its actually passed inspection? I was getting charged for a diagnostic report that I was told over the phone would be waived if nothing was wrong. Essentially there is a lot of miscommunication, are the techs even talking to the people at the desks? And a lot of wasted time. My car was there for 12 hours and I am paying for ubers back and forth to this place. No one knows what's going on and you will pay one thousand dollars and also not know what's going on. Please go to any other business in Philadelphia. I learned a hard lesson for you.

Came here for a simple tire and mounting for my new car with under 10k miles. I took a picture of my rim/tire at drop off and came back to a scratch on the face of my rim. The technician and manager both refuse to admit fault, even though I have pictures of the rim at the time of drop off. In addition, the manager Eric was not professional at all and just simply claimed “our machines couldn’t have done that”. He didn’t care that I had a photo of the rim before the service was done and told me to file an insurance claim with my own insurance company.

Aron is a great supervisor thank you for helping me and apologizing and making it right when the other employee Eric was rude as hell and he was in the wrong no way I left my car with the company and in 4 hours I had to call back twice then I finally go pick it up and Eric explains he doesn’t understand what I wanted him to do sarcastically . Ummm communicate with the customer that’s about to give y’all almost six hundred dollars and who has spent over a thousand on tires and services I’m big on customer service a simple I apologize we forget we got busy would of been fine . The service was good. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and explained my price breakdown. He addressed my concern about my car and was polite. I believe his name was Angelo. I will most likely bring my vehicle back to this location again.
