I've been here a couple times. Once for new tires and once for a patch. The customer service was good, very nice polite people, but it took almost 3 hours for both services. The wating area is not the greatest, could use a TV or something because it's a very long wait. Other than that, I'd recommend this place. The prices are also manageable.

Shout out to Mike at the tire shop side! He opened at 7am sharp which was convenient since I was short on time this morning. He was helpful providing me choices by assessing what was wrong with my tires, what kind tires are available for purchase, how many to purchase right now, alignment service options, discount I was eligible for, etc. My car was done at exactly the time he estimated. The staff do deserve someone to look at the computers/ system as they seemed to encounter difficulty with them freezing, going slow, etc. which decreased the team’s efficiency when checking out even though they were trying their hardest!

I went to Pep Boys on skibo.And I had an amazing experience, not only did they quote me $500 cheaper than Firestone.But Firestone bad mouthed them so bad when I told them that I was going to pep boys and pep boys has so many more discounts. The person that I worked with was Mike.He was funny he was cool he was straight to the point.And his customer service was of one I've never seen. His trainer or manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm definitely taking all of my business there.

Went in for AC service after installing a new AC compressor. Paid around $360 for ac system check and Freon refill. They finished and told me no leaks, system is holding pressure and blowing cold. 24hr later the AC was blowing hot. Called and got it brought back in a week later. They notified me that a leak was found and the r134 was all gone. So they quoted me $950 to replace the hose and that price included $360 to put the Freon back in.. what..? There was no explanation as to why they didn't find the leak the first time and they were not going to cover that cost even though they did all the prior checks. I said no thanks, got the bad hose off in less than 39 minutes and found the part for $80 at a local store. Beware of the price grabbing here. Not sure why the job was gonna cost 600 for just a hose replacement when the whole job took me about an hour. Now I gotta find another place to give me some honest AC work.
