I recently experienced a flat tire and had the pleasure of using Pep Boys Andorra to help me. The service was top notch even when I arrived at the store within two minutes to closing. They eased my stressful situation. I am happy to report that I am back in my car and rolling better than before! I must say that the entire staff was amazing and helpful. I will be back and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. We were on a trip to Philadelphia and had an issue without front tire. The got us in quick, and since they did not have the tire in stock quickly put on our spare. This allowed us to get the tire from a local dealership before closing because it is a special size. Got the tire and went back to Pep Boys and they put it on quickly and we were on our way. Friendly and helpful. Grateful for the assistance and was surprised at how little the bill was. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience here! My battery died while still under warranty with pep boys. Was able to start the car, brought it in to the shop and they were able to check my battery, alternator, and starter all at once. They confirmed that the battery was the only issue and my new battery was free of charge and also came with a warranty itself. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the work was done within a few hours. Couldn't have had a better experience!

I haven’t been inclined to write a review in a while, but I had such a wonderful experience I just had to! I needed to bring my 11mo. old with me to get an oil change and everyone was so wonderful and accommodating. The staff and other customers were so kind. One of the mechanics was cheering on my son as he was learning how to walk. I was definitely nervous to bring him along, but we ended up having a great time and the service only took an hour despite it being pretty busy. We’ll be back!
