My experience at pep boys was good. Try to book an appointment online but they were having issues so I called and made the appointment and had no problem. They did let me know that they had a few appointments that day and it was going to take a little more time than usual for an oil change. They let me know I get a coupon online which I did, saved me about 45 dollars. I did have to wait about 2 hours but they were very nice and helpful. Fidel was awesome I will definitely be going back.

Had major engine problems with water pump n belts, was recommended to Pep boys for repair. Fidel and his staff repaired my truck before noon and was back on the road again. A very professional team , I highly recommend this place !
