Daniel is the real MVP! We were driving back from NorCal when we got a puncture in our tire at 5:15 PM on Super Bowl Sunday. Obviously, not many tire shops are open that late on a Sunday, except for Pep Boys. I first called a location 15 minutes away, but they said they were out of tire glue and couldn’t help. Then, I called this Pep Boys, which was a 30-minute drive, and they assured me they could assist. I arrived at 5:45 PM—just 15 minutes before closing—expecting they might turn me away, but Daniel and his team were ready to help. Unfortunately, the puncture was too large to repair, but luckily, they had the exact tire I needed in stock. They got it installed quickly, and I was back on the road by 6:10 PM. Huge thanks to Daniel and his team for going above and beyond to help us last minute instead of turning us away. They easily could have said no since it kept them past closing, but they didn’t. Five stars all around! However, I’d like to note to management—investing in an upgraded waiting area for customers would be a great improvement. Not taking away any stars for that, but it’s something to consider.

My front brakes were basically metal to metal. 🤦♀️ I was able to set appt for next day service. They inspected my vehicle, went over what it needed, and took care of it right then. Price was reasonable and wayyy cheaper than the dealership. Thank you! Everyone was very nice and very helpful. 😊
