I recently had my car repaired here and I couldn't be happier! A huge shout-out to manager Carlos, who was incredibly helpful in figuring out exactly what needed to be fixed. He was honest and upfront, and didn't try to push any unnecessary services on me. The brake job they did was fantastic. My car now stops smoothly and gently!! I also want to thank the mechanic who worked on my car as well – they both did a great job. The prices were very reasonable, and I will definitely be returning for any future car repairs.

I was able to schedule an appointment online with Pepboys and they were able to schedule and work on my vehicle. I went into the store and spoke to Carlos, the manager, who provided me with a quote on the services I was requesting. During my visit, I witnessed an unsatisfied customer speaking with Travis, a colleague of Carlos. Despite the customer's disrespectful behavior, Travis handled the situation with patience and professionalism, providing polite and informative responses. However, the customer continued to escalate the situation, prompting Carlos to intervene and de-escalate the situation. Unfortunately, Carlos was subjected to verbal abuse by the woman. Based on my observation, I can attest that Carlos and Travis handled the situation appropriately. The services I received warrant a 5-star rating for this store, and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. Thank you for providing me with exceptional customer service, and I will continue to support this company. Thank you again, Carlos!
