Excellent service and quality of work. Only issue was that the price for service was not what I was quoted online. I was told that the online price, which was $100 less, was wrong because my model of car required more work. Even though the online quote was based on my car's information. They ended up honoring the online price but I had to argue for it and show them proof even though they had the online order number with the details in their system. They need to ensure their online system is in sync with their POS system so it doesn't appear like "bait and switch".

Alfonso was super polite and helpful. I have taken a number of my vehicles into the guys over there in Lake Forest pep boys. They never fail to take care of me in a pleasant and polite manner. I really appreciate the great customer service and will continue to have my vehicle serviced there!

On December 1, 2024, I contacted Pep Boys in Lake Forest for tire pricing. Matthew, the General Manager, was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. He provided his best price and assured me there was no pressure to decide immediately. After comparing prices, I found his offer unbeatable. When I visited the store to replace my tires, their efficiency further enhanced my experience. I highly recommend Pep Boys for both competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
