Pep Boys

I’ve been coming to the PepBoys on Vineyard in Ontario since I started driving. They are so good at what they do and everyone that works there is so kind and personable. I got my oil change today and the customer service was impeccable. My car drives so smoothly. I highly recommend these guys, they are very professional and the best in the game. I’ll see them again soon but every time I come, I have to leave a review because that’s how great they are.

Oscar goes above and beyond for his customers. He is a true asset to this company. His customer service skills have a way of easing a stressful situation and it makes it so that you want to come back if anything happens as he is knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. He is an excellent leader and is respected by his colleagues. I truly appreciate how he is able to assist and make a bad day better. Thank you Oscar and your team.

Got a flat tire on my way to work, due to traffic the tow truck took a while to get to my destination but once he arrive the Pepboy team took care of my Tire 5 minutes before closing, Oscar took me in and started the work and got me back home. Thanks to Oscar and his team for helping me best Customer service ever

Great service, fast and and easy too. Dropped off my car after popping 2 tires and they took me in right away❤️. Tire prices are lower than the dealership too. Make sure to call before going :)

Just had my service for an oil change. I have to say I really appreciate the service at this location in Ontario. The staff is honest. Meaning they take the time to help you in what you exactly need. I didn't get to ask the Managers name I believe it's the Service Manager Ignacio Lopez(thats on my reciept) or is Oscar? My fault for not asking him his name, but I really value his time in and usually I don't go far to get my car serviced since I live out in Eastvale. He's very compassionate, honest, and chill guy! I would actually come back here to get my car serviced again. Plus it's great to explore area that I don't usually drive out to because I am a hermit 😄 This time get the Managers name corrected haha!
