Excellent customer service. Mark (manager) and his mechanic associates Demetrius, Guillermo and Charles. I took in my new 2009 Lexus €s 350 for an oil change. A brake inspection is included at no extra charge. Charles in a very humble manner advised that not only did I need a oil change, break job. He discussed and showed me how my front axles are leaking and need to be replaced. He recommended that I consider repairing emidiate safety issues first. Then he gave me an estimate of the rest to be done with in a timely manner. I appreciate Charles concern for the safety of his customers. Honesty, integrity and great customer service is found here at Pepboys in Chino CA. I am a loyal customer for life.

Charles and Mark help me out. They got good customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I just wish there was a way I can tell I got a new timing belt and water pump. Went there to get my time about water pump and tensioner changed and coolant flush that got it done in one day which is cool. So far the car is running smooth. No noises from the tensioner.

Great and fast service, needed new tires mark gave me a great deal with a discount. Then the owner came and told me that if I wanted oil change and also gave me a discount, I'm very satisfied with the service and over all price for my new tires and oil change which the oil change came out to less then 20 dollars.
