Multiple times serviced mr car here and each time disappointed with the lack of quality control & tech service, 2x years ago I brought 4x HP tires with different sizes to be installed , they installed the much Wider tires in the front , with skinner in the rear?! This new service, my Clean car was returned to me with major amounts of grease used to install the new tires, still left ALL over 4x rims! They didn’t even bother to clean the grease off the wheel!? Wtf!? Absolutely no quality control or management oversee!

I was welcomed with proper greeting and smiles from the moment I stepped in on that rainy evening. They took care of me right away. Emergency was resolved quickly and I was on the road again. I have other Pep Boys closer to where I live 45 minutes away from Thousand Oaks but I been coming here for years because of the amazing personalized service.

Jose and Gus treat me with respect and kept me informed in the entire process on having my brakes fixed! I would highly recommend Pep Boys for this! They are very reasonable and very quick good job guys!

The Pep Boys tire shop is awesome. Went out this morning and the tire was extremely low. It put air in the tire and drove it to Pep Boys. They spent a lot of time examining the tire including using the water tank. No leak was found and there was no charge even though I offered to pay. So I gave the tech a nice tip and wanted to reginize them with a fantastic review. Thank You!
