Here now came in at 9:32 a.m., for a new battery and battery to be mounted and old one removed. And in the words of the salesperson at the front desk it will not be any longer then 45 minutes?. I will keep You posted. I am at work and I have deliveries to get to. For now 5 stars for the reception and the humbleness in receptionist tone of voice. Didn't repost 😕 thereafter because I was extremely extremely angry because I was told that driver's seat needed to be removed in order to complete the job. Meaning it was going to take alot longer than first I was told. Again with all the deliveries I had to do I was not a happy camper. I explained to them at first that I would only agree to the job if it was not going to take long. Sorry I gave 5 stars. Yes there was humbleness in the salesperson voice but it was seasoned with deceit. 1 star !.

They were very attentive, especially since I’m disabled, they addressed my concerns, regarding my new breaks upgrade, and correcting the information that’s in the CarFax, with my mileage and break work! Front and back breaks were upgraded and completed!!

I showed up to my appointment earlier than scheduled and I was able to be accommodated in the blink of an eye. I told them that I needed to replace my driver front tire and they’re like “well, let us look at it first and see if we can fix it”, so they weren’t trying to drive for a higher cost service, and the Store Manager Christopher was nice enough to accommodate me in honoring a promotion that I really wasn’t budgeted to pay on my visit and didn’t make me feel bad about it. I’ll be going back there within the next few weeks to complete the job. Overall, a great customer service experience.

I went in for tire change. The experience overall was very good and the people at the front are helpful and attentive to the details except for one fact that I had requested to save one tire as it was a newer one. They forgot to save it and I had to go back to get it. I am not sure if I got my original tire back because it was late at night. The worker had to look through bunch of them to look for mine and I don't know the brand so no way to confirm. The front desk needs to improve their communication with their mechanics but otherwise it was a good experience.

Made an appointment for an alignment on Sunday and was very impressed with the level of service from Kevin. He went above and beyond to help me out and was helpful in diagnosing a larger problem I was not aware of. I was very satisfied with the service and information I received - there was no pressure to spend money and the team was kind enough to install a license plate frame I had brought with me at no charge. Big thanks to Kevin and the team.

Stopped into our local shop with a hissing air conditioner in my 2015 Grand Cherokee. The problem was diagnosed and reported to me with a visual explanation, along with my options. I proceeded with the repair and it was done professionally and in a timely fashion. The guys were great, I’m sure if I need service again, I will stop here first. I’m not a big recommendation guy, but these guys really earned it today.

These guys are great. I bought a used van for our business and it needed tires and battery. Chris, the manager, was a wealth of knowledge and straight forward. I paid for my tires, they ordered them and set up my appointment. The battery needed replacement and it was a pain to change out, but they got it done. I will do business with them again. Honest, straight talk, and they get the job done! Thanks Chris.

Needs a better waiting area pretty dirty not enough seats. No water cooler or coffee or vending machines. my appointment for 11:am was done @ 2:30 not to bad. But if you going to wait around for your vehicle bring food water a book 📖 or whatever keeps ya mind occupied. I suggest drop off vehicle & come back when done.

Needed an annual inspection and their online scheduling system made it very convenient. Found a damaged tire and they were able to get it delivered and ready to install few days later. Staff are very knowledgeable, professional and pleasure to work with. Tire pricing was also very good. Thank you!
