I would recommend this auto shop to anyone. They were very fast compared to several other shops I called, who gave a quote of 5 hours to do a simple oil change. Customer Service was excellent, Robert even came back over to my car to answer my question about my tire tred. Great job guys! Thank you!

Always love the free break inspection! Plus they don’t force you to do anything. They tell you the cost, and whatever coupons you can apply and it’s completely up to you. Easy to kill time at nearby stores too.

I came in for a tire rotation and to repair a nail punctured tire with no appointment. Friendly and fast service at an unbeatable price, the technician that helped me was Juan. He was professional and fast, never once tried to pressure me into any other service or sale. I'll be back here for all my tire and brake needs.

We had a flat tire emergency on an out of state family vacation on our way to a very important event! 1 tire shop wouldn’t even get us in, another said our tire was fine (it was hissing and releasing air every time I filled it up) We stopped at this Pep Boys and we were in panic mode. The Assistant Manager Jonathan was amazing! He got us a new tire, got it on and got us out the door in less than 30 minutes and we did not miss our event. He was the best! I highly recommend this location!

Came in for a Lyft inspection today and i had to fill out the Lyft inspection from after that i was told to sit and wait and after 20min. The inspection was done! When i stepped into my car and was about to leave a young lady came closer to my window and showed me my wallet that I've forgotten inside the pep boys store! Thank you very much 😊 i really appreciate it overall good people and nice experience!
