The service at Penn Toyota is top-tier! Ryan helped me with my first car servicing and state inspection since purchasing my vehicle here, and the experience was fantastic. He was incredibly understanding, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the service packages, helping me choose what worked best for me without any pressure. That kind of transparency and customer care is a major deal. I truly felt heard, and no question was too small—he answered everything thoroughly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ryan has been awesome with his personable approach. Very attentive and consistently checks in with updates and to make sure the customer is ok. Not that it’s needed but he does this not through text but by physically walking to the waiting areas and interacting with customers. Appreciate the great service for sure.

Michelle B. the service advisor is a pleasure to speak with..she is very polite..helpful..knowledgeable and accommodating.. Rick B. is the best mechanic in my opinion.I’ve dealt with him for years..I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs their car serviced no matter the problem…he is very cordial and easy to deal with and is super talented in his field of expertise!! No worries..you can rest assured you’re car is professional and safe hands with him..if you want a pleasant experience at Penn Toyota ask for these two amazing people to assist you with your car issues..I don’t usually write reviews..but the proficiency of these two people warrant it…Trust me you won’t be disappointed with them..

Michelle was my service advisor. She was very helpful, friendly and got me in for service right away. My mechanic was efficient. The car was completed in 4 hrs which was less time than I expected. Happy to have a checklist of repairs that I can complete at another time. Grateful that my tire pressure sensory lights are fixed and the cause to my engine light was resolved. I even had my rear brakes/ rotors done.
