Penn Ohio Cycles Customer Reviews

The owner Bryan and his team are super knowledgeable and they don’t mind taking the time to actually explain things to you so that you understand. Nothing but positive and great experiences here. From ordering parts and apparel, to just stopping in and asking questions or get some ideas and sometimes just to b.s. Always welcoming and happy to help. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. And their pricing is probably the best around especially for the quality of work you’re getting. Can’t beat it! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Update on my previous review. We weretL told by Bryan the owner that our bike, which we made an appointment to repair and dropped off March 6th, would be done this week and they would call NO CALL. NO BIKE. So we called. More lies, now the parts didn't all come in. Really? That's a week lie game right there Bryan. Asked him to send a picture of the bike, no picture. Now he says Monday. This has been 3 months. I will update again Monday. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE FOR REPAIRS!

They do a great job on motorcycles. The customer service is great here too. They also have bikes for sale as well.

Brian's a good dude... likes to talk bikes and happy with the jetting done on my Dr 650.

Dropped my bike off recently to get a rear tire mounted, they gave me three different quotes. Took them 4 working days to get the bike finished (told them to order the tire the day prior to dropping it off) but they blamed it on waiting on the tire to show but got it in and done the same day after calling them. But out of everything that happened I had realized upon pick up that they had failed to mentioned that they DROPPED THE BIKE. Unfortunately I do not have photos prior to service so I’m unable to argue about it. Great staff just terrible service I will not be returning.

Took my 72 Honda CB 175 to Penn Ohio Cycle back in June 2024 I first called on 1 June was Told to bring the bike on the 14th. That was my appointment day. I arrived there around noon on June 14, 2024. To make a long story short, after several calls over the months of him, telling me the bike was running. I asked him what I owed him. I had already put a deposit down when I dropped the bike off at $750 and also asked if he could have the gas tank painted. That’s why the deposit was a little more than normal months down the road and several promises that I could get it back. I asked him again. How much do I owe you? I’ve given you 750. Instead of me going through all of the details and all of the broken promises to get it back once on Labor Day, then on Thanksgiving, then on Christmas then on my birthday of March 5 I got a call yesterday March 25. There’s nothing more I can do for it, so I asked him what I owed him now I have given him 750+300 and he said I owed him another 389 for a total of 1400+ when I went to pick up the bike, it would not idle and it was fuel pouring out of it. So I urgently tell anyone who plans to take their bike to Penn Ohio Cycle beware motorcycle shop is crooked. My bike was never fixed, and I had to leave with it leaking fuel out of it and not idling which was the whole reason I took it to him because it would not Idle. the owner of Penn Ohio Cycle I know his name is Brian. I do not know his last name is a crook.
