Ray is amazing! My 30 yo station-wagon wouldn’t start after pumping gas at the Arco annex to his shop on shoreline. After pushing it (w/ the help of a kind woman pumping gas!) to a parking slot Ray checked it, fixed the issue! And he refused to take anything! His willingness & kindness alone will get my recurring business.

Wow where do I even start?!! This place is hands down the best car repair shop I've ever been to. Ray and the staff are very knowledgeable, but more importantly, incredibly genuine, friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Not only do they explain everything clearly and intelligently, but they also provide selfless advice about the car and service, and they work with you to get the best bang for your buck even if it sometimes means they make less! I had a car break-in, so my windows were destroyed. Due to supply chain issues, the windows were nowhere to be found in stock, even at dealerships. That didn't stop Ray from finding a creative way to get me a slightly used windows (with my permission). They look like new and I'm super happy with them. He's saved me weeks of waiting time! My car also had other issues in the ignition due to the break-in. Ray spared no time working on the car and getting it in tip top shape! I'm very happy with the quality of his work. He even helped clean the glass mess due to the break-in and vacuumed the car! Ray also worked closely with the insurance and the insurance adjuster to make sure everything is in good order! But that wasn't all! Ray was extremely communicative throughout the repair. He'd call and explain the progress and consult with me about any change in plans, additional parts, or whether or not I wanted something else he found fixed. He also provided great advice about available options for fixing certain issues. I definitely can't convey all of his awesome qualities here, but all I can say is I trust this place fully due to the work ethics I've seen here.. and I'll definitely be coming back again for any future car-related issues and advice! Thank you Ray and team and keep up the amazing work! It's rare to see such honesty and work ethics these days, but I'm so glad you guys are here!

I have had nothing but stellar service here. The mechanics are exceptionally competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've brought my car in a couple of times to fix mistakes I made when trying to do my own repairs, and they've been happy to show me what I did wrong. This is the only place I feel like I've been charged too little for their work. It is the best shop in the bay and I'll happily be back when something else goes wrong.

I had lost my car key inside the car and was not able to find it. I drove with the spare key and the team helped me find the lost one. I had a very nice experience. Highly recommend!
