Payless Towing

We were greeted by Linda from Payless towing. She was very polite and informative about our truck. When we arrived we were able to get our truck out quickly and efficiently. The staff were very nice and friendly. I recommend Payless towing to anyone.

Very helpful and very nice people. Very empathetic people. A customer was there to collect a vehicle after a accident took her husband’s life. They were incredibly sensitive. Very impressed.

Highly recommend Payless. David assisted me and he was great. I only usually post reviews when I have a bad experience. David's customer service was awesome that I had to post this review. My insurance company lagged trying to find me a tow. After waiting for over an hour I decided to research my own tow company. That's when I came across Payless. They got to me in less than 15 minutes and charged a reasonable price. I rode in the truck with David who had a great attitude and was happy to accommodate my vehicle requests. Before looking anywhere else make that call to Payless and request David as your driver; although, I'm sure all of their drivers will be as cool as he was.

Sam was amazing. Patient, timely and smart. He dealt with a tricky situation without adding fees or being tedious. 100% fair pricing. So refreshing!!!! Thanks for the help!!
