I would never recommend this mechanic to anyone unless you wanna get charged for parts they say they've changed and you get a second opinion and low and behold, nothings been touched.. You can't prove the hrs they've worked on something but common sense tells you it's a lie.. I'm not sure if he's in financial problems but I will never trust him with my vehicle again..

Two days after having my radiator fan motor and sway bar link replaced I noticed a bad smell and noise coming from the engine. My AC wasn't working or the radiator fan. They're lucky I noticed they forgot a clamp on my radiator hose or my car would have been done for. On top of that incompetence, they did unnecessary work that I did not ask for. They then charged me extra also without asking.

Told me to bring my car the morning of 7/23/24 I did about 730 am. Told him I needed brake pads calipers muffler pipe and ac compressor he said ok he'll give me a call.... Bout 1 o'clock come around he still hasn't called me back.(think I called a few times) so I go up there and see about my car make a long story short he said it may not be my compressor but blower mower and he could overnight pipes ask him for an estimate to fix pipes and blower mower well I ask what about the brakes he couldn't give me that either but he working on brakes already nuts.. he said he'll give me a call so im like ok again. 430 roll around they close at 5 so I call an leave message cause he not answering and I tell him to just do the brakes cause I don't know what's going on so just do my brakes cause you haven't quoted me a price on non of the work . About 5 til closing he calls and say the brakes done he over nighted the pipes and mice ate inner air box and I need a blower motor and he gonna get it and work on it and talking about making make shift blower box that mice chewed . I also know that he heard the message I left that's why he called me right back. Wednesday I don't hear nothing from him at all. Thursday morning about 830 I go up there to see what's going on my car is out front go inside to pay no tail pipes no ac blower motor. Charged me $200 for brakes job i had brakes pads and calipers myself.. charge me almost $100 to recharge my ac and it didn't need that because I charge the ac myself went in trunk and showed him the kit and everything.. where they had to take apart to get to blower motor had screws missing wasn't snapped back in place right and he denied doing it. Told him I'm happy to show you video of before you mess with it and he quickly got up to fix it. My sapr keys are missing I made sure they was in the spot where I keep them before I left the car shop. He printed my receipt 7/24/24 at 531 pm that's Wednesday I pick car up Thursday morning 830 that means Tuesday night he didn't plan on doing anything else to my vehicle. He never called me to let me know my car was ready or that he decided not to do no more work on it got pics videos and receipts to prove everything I'm saying even my call logs on my phone cause he only called me Tuesday night after I left the voicemail , I was leaving voicemail today but he picked up in between me leaving message that's how I know he heardy voicemail Tuesday but 8nstead of answering he called me back and we spoke wish I could post these pics videos and receipts. And yes I'm filling police report over keys

I have used Paul’s multiple times now and have had nothing but good experiences. My vehicle is always fixed right the first time and for a reasonable price. He always takes time to go over my bill and explain everything.
