I’m a business owner who picked up a new Ford truck from Miller Ford. I requested running boards and a Bed liner be put on. A month later comes the appointment to have them installed and I wasted a day of work sitting in my truck while no one notified me that the company had Computer problems. The lack of customer service and people picking up the god dang phone is astonishing. I don’t know how people run a business without order and communication. I had to track down and beg for information. My money is hard earned and I thought I was spending it with a good reputable business, what a mistake 4/12/21.
