So this happened years ago and I can’t believe I didn’t write a review until just now but point still stands. Anyway I had a computer issue with my 2016 mini. After paying a little over $2,000 to get it fixed I drove away thinking all was good. As I approached my first stop light out of the parking lot my cooper shut itself off! I had no control my car was dead as a doorbell then after frantically trying to get it to start again I did and drove it right back to the service center where they had the same problem when they were pulling it back into the shop. Another $5,000 later my problem was finally fixed but I just had to pay an arm and a leg and almost died/got into an accident before everything was finally fixed. Never coming back here again it’s horrible that they let me drive away when my car clearly wasn’t fixed. But thank god they got a shit ton of my money first. This place is just like other dealerships they just want to squeeze every penny out of you that is their only priority.
