Out of all other Hyundai Dealerships I’ve experienced with. I definitely say Patrick Hyundai would be my first choice to service my car and buy parts from them because of their connivance availability and not only that but they also do a good job with their customers satisfaction. So in a return they deserve a 5 star effort.

Customer service is terrible. Michael gave me attitude because he was busy and short of technicians. (Which I understand, but the attitude was unnecessary…) He told me to make an appointment for the next day and I did. Next morning I came in and he hid from me behind his monitor. An hour after I checked in for my appointment, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. They said it would take an hour to an hour and half, but my car is still at the same spot when 3 people who came after me already received their service and left. I have been there a handful of times in temporary poor condition waiting area(under construction), but I haven’t had any luck for any good service experiences at this location. Even though Elgin Hyundai is further, I prefer to go there as their service is ALWAYS much better and their people are much friendlier.

I’ve been a repeat customer in the service department since I bought my Tucson. I have had oil changes, brakes, transmission services and door lock mechanisms replaced. The guys in service are very polite and I have never had to wait to be greeted upon my arrival. I like and appreciate the updates via email and text while my car is there. The gals at check out in the business office are always friendly and efficient. Like to give a special shout out to Rich for going the distance for me.

I just recently started coming to this location and already have had 2 incidents that I’m not happy about. The one where they broke my car handle cuz someone lost my keys or my keys couldn’t be found. They didn’t tell me the handle was broken until I got my car back and was about to drive away. They offered to fix it after I complained but then refusing to tell me kinda raised a red flag. My other visit I was there to get new tires and alignment. a man by the name of Eric text me letting me know that he’ll be reaching out to me when my car is ready. When I messaged him he never responded. I went up to service desk and come to find out Eric wasn’t working that day and the person helping me was really Michael. I have to say Michael was very rude! It’s as if he hates his job and couldn’t wait to get out of there. He lacks customer service skills. I was there for a whole 5 hours!!! I know it doesn’t take that long to change 4 tires and do an alignment as it’s not my first time! I also asked them to replace once again the part of the door handle that is once again broken. They want to charge me over $200 for that small part. Didn’t even offer a discount for the horrible service or the aggravation or the ridiculous amount of time I had to wait!

I bought my 2018 Elantra from the dealership in 2020 and have used the service center since then. They keep me informed, up to date on regular maintenance, and recently just helped me get a recall repaired on the paint with the Collision Center nearby. Shout-out to Gus who I regularly work with and is great!
