It's the only part store that I found since I moved here last year willing to help me (a woman) that knows about cars. All the other stores turned a deaf ear. Plus if they don't have what I need they will get it by the next day. The only thing that I didn't like is that they didn't have enough cleaning supplies to wash, wax, etc for cars.

I had to make 3 trips to and from my residence just to successfully complete an oil change on my vehicle. After the fact that I had specifically told them that the filter they gave me initially was incorrect before the transaction was made. After I started up my vehicle and lost about 3.5 quarts of oil I had to get a ride back to the store only to purchase another 3 quarts and the correct filter. Not to mention, I had to go back in a third time to return the incorrect filter and get reimbursed $3 for it.
