Parts Authority

I was getting desperate for a replacement fan assembly for my 2010 Ford Flex . I had already ordered two from Amazon that were supposed to come with the control module, as they stated in the description . And tracing them back to the seller I find that both came from Car Parts. The lable on the box read w/o module. Waiting for my refunds I'm $400. Down. I couldn't afford another bad order so I looked up local parts houses. I set out with a list of three stores and this was the farthest one. I let them look it up and then checked the part number and it was identical. I told him the story and he said to wait until it came down then we'll check in the box for it. That was very nice . It came out and he opened the box, there it was, plain as day. $200. Later it was mine. I thanked the man and I'm still waiting for my refunds from Car Parts.

bad bad bad , the guard and the guy whos in charge of unloading they are so rude . make me wait cause i disnt have nothing to break the seal. and they did it on purpose. make me wait just for three pallets.

I bought brakes two years ago. Purchased a lifetime warranty- and called once one brake was squeaking. They said we have to order them - another two weeks for them to come in. Then get a call from employee saying they are in and it’ll be 10$ for “freightfee” and to switch the old ones out. So I took the old ones out and drove there to pickup new ones. Then I’m told by the employee on December 7th at 3pm- that he wouldn’t take the old brakes even though only one was messed up and I had purchased them from Parts authority only 2 years ago- and was quoted something completely different over the phone before brakes were removed. I had to purchase the brakes at full price again!!! Thanks to the employee. I won’t be going here again. Don’t bother buying warranty they won’t redeem. Had I know before I removed brakes, I would just bought cheaper ones somewhere else instead of being stuck having to pay full price !!! Don’t recommend!!! They won’t refund or exchange even with warranty.

The entire team at this location are on fire, they are professional and kind even on stressful orders. I made a few mistakes on my end and they treated me as one of their own. I wish my company was half as good as these guys. Who ever is creating this good culture here is a great boss. Thank you for all your hard work guys!
