I am not sure how this place stays in business. Coming from out of state for a part and called a week ahead. They told me they would have the part ready. I called the day of my arrival and they say they know nothing about it but can pull the part and have it ready the next day. I call the next day and have still not pulled the part. Don’t know why someone can’t pull a taillight within a week. No help at all. I would recommend not wasting time with this group.

After I unfortunately totaled my vehicle, Parsons Auto Parts towed it to the facility where I sold the vehicle for parts. When I was issued a check, I most unfortunately misplaced the check and invoice. Lo and behold, 2 years later, I found the check. The shop could not have been nicer about reissuing 2 years after the fact. I can’t say enough great things about Parsons Auto Parts. They even enjoyed a laugh at my expense as I regaled them with the stories of my wife making fun of me over the past 2 years for “losing” the check.

I wanted to thank Nicole at Parsons auto sales for her exceptional customer service. She went over and above anything I could’ve ever expected. A tenant had passed away in October 2022, and I had difficulty trying to figure out how to have his vehicle removed because his family did not take any ownership of his possessions, nor did they even attend his funeral that I arranged. I found that I could not move this into my name because his family had to open up a probate case which they would not do. I jokingly said that I might have a couple guys help push the car out to the street so that the city could haul it away. Nicole graciously offered to have the car picked up and it was hauled away that same day. When I took the title, the death certificate, and keys to her, we greeting each other with a hug. Nicole is my angel. And if that wasn’t enough, as I was talking to the owner Amir, who is wonderful as well, no Nicole handed me a check for $300. I was shocked and in disbelief. I was just grateful to have the car towed away, and I never expected $300 nor their complete honesty and generosity. I am very humbled and grateful for Nicole, Amir and Parsons Auto Sales. If anyone is thinking about selling, having their vehicle removed, or buying auto parts, choose Parsons Auto Sales because their customer service and honesty is top notch.

I would totally recommend this place, They took their time and helped me find the part I needed for a very good price, and also helped me put the part in my vehicle. My vehicle is now on the road and good to go I will be using this establishment in my near future, and recommend it to all my friends!

Need help getting my daughter 2003 Chevy Impala back to life. I was lost on what was wrong with it. Someone told me it was the Battery, So I got one from Parsons Auto Parts. Come to find out it was not the battery but something else, Returned the battery, drama free, Then I started to talk with their mechanic about my daughters car issue. He give me some great free advice, and the fix worked. Thank so much!!!!
